On July 19, 2021, Capt. Giovanni Emilio Loret from the Naval Attache of Peru made his visit to the offices of the APEC SEN Secretariat.
Followed by a technical tour and visitation of the training facilities of KIMFT’s campuses, a comprehensive discussion was made to seek future collaborative actions within Peru and APEC SEN to mutually enhance seafarers’ competency and nurture seafarer’s wellness in the maritime sector across the Asia Pacific region.
